i’m a minor and my parents do all of the cooking and i feel too embarrassed to ask them to buy certain foods just for me because my family will start asking questions. for breakfast and lunch i’m good but dinner is always out of my control. is there anything i can do?
If you like to cook, you can propose to your parents to cook sometimes for dinner (like 2 times a week for example). Thanks to that you can eat a good meal that you like and that is healthy. Your parents would be happy to see you cooing so that theu can have some time for them without thinking that you became picky about food or that you want to diet.

Same as me. But I have great strategies for you!
1. Breakfast try to eat fruits or granola
2. Lunch have a light lunch or something you enjoy
3. Do not have snacks if you know dinner will be a full meal.
4. Eat slowly for great digestion
5. Eat small portions but try everything on the table in small amount
